I attended and played Basketball at West Forsyth High school and went to UNC-Wilmington. I've always enjoyed being active and started lifting weights when I was 17. I'm very passionate about training and love helping people reach their fitness goals. I thoroughly enjoy making a difference in people's lives by showing them how to properly exercise, eat healthy, and live life to the fullest. I specialize in weight loss and strength and circuit training.
