Fitness Assessment

A Total Fitness Assessment is a great way to begin your new fitness program.  Our certified staff will conduct a series of tests that will give you a baseline and help you target the areas you should concentrate on while getting into shape.  Our Total Fitness Assessment includes:


  • Body Fat Measurement
  • Physical Measurments
  • Submaximal Test - Measures Your Aerobic Capacity
  • Flexibility Assessment
  • Body Mass Index Measurement
  • Nutrition Evaluation

The series of tests take approximately 2 hours and our staff will then discuss the results with you.  Everyone's weak points are not the same, and you will learn the areas the YOU need to work on.  This will allow you to target your workouts and make them more efficient.
