My name is Kaylee and I am a certified personal trainer through the National Council on Strength and Fitness.
I have always been into sports, but have been involved weightlifting for about 4 years now.
My passion has evolved from weightlifting to competing in multiple bodybuilding competitions and now into personal training. Along with a passion for fitness, I am also very passionate about food. I have been in the restaurant industry for 12 years and attended the Culinary Institute of Michigan. Personal training has allowed me to combine these two passions and help my clients focus on a well rounded healthy lifestyle involving healthy eating and exercise.
I specialize in strength training/muscle growth, weight loss, and balance and stability with clients of all ages and experience levels.
