Thirteen years ago I first started my fitness training which included cardiovascular and weight training. However, it took me several years to find out that I had spent much more time working out than was actually needed to be effective. Since I was introduced to Metabolic Effect (ME) in 2008, I learned that sometimes "less is more". This work-out is a form of circuit training, HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training); a 30 minute short-but-intense session. The beauty is that it works at any fitness levels… It’s all about the individual-YOU. It has worked wonders for me, and I am passionate about sharing my excellent experience with ME to my fellow gym members.
